At home, the bedroom should be the comfort zone. And where exactly does somebody feel more relaxed than in bed? But that depends largely on the mattress. Mattresses today are designed with specific qualities that match the physique and sleeping habits of the consumer—some are bony or plump, some sleep on their side or on their back. “When the mattress is not really matched to the body, the discomfort comes in, so do the many bodily pains,” says Dindo Medina, corporate sales administrator of Multiflex RNC Philippines, Inc.
