FILINVEST Land, Inc. (FLI) recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for its condominium development located in Barangay Mabolo, Cebu City.
The company envisions One Oasis in Cebu as the future home to “hundreds of individuals and families who want quality metropolitan living,” said FLI vice president for the Visayas and Mindanao Tristan las Marias, in a statement furnished to Sun.Star Cebu.

“One Oasis is designed to cater to the needs of people on the go who seek the convenience of being in the heart of the city while enjoying the refreshing ambience of landscaped greens and open spaces,” Las Marias said.
The project, which sits on a three-hectare property, will feature Balinese-themed medium-rise condominium buildings with a studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The units’ floor areas range from 22 to 40 square meters.
One-third of the entire property is allocated for amenities like a multipurpose clubhouse, adult and kiddie pools, basketball court, landscaped gardens, children’s play area, and jogging or walking paths.
One Oasis in Cebu is one of a chain of One Oasis projects developed by FLI in the last two years.
