MANILA, Philippines - Property developer Megaworld Corp. is seeking to offer not just a home but a unique community lifestyle through its new project, Paseo Heights in Makati City.
Eugene Lozano, Megaworld sales and marketing head, said Paseo Heights, situated just beside the Jaime Velasquez Park in Salcedo Village, is targeted for individuals who want a unique community lifestyle.
“We are emphasizing on the community lifestyle with the individual living beside the park, close to the weekend market... and hole-in-the-wall restaurants and other best-kept secrets,” he said.
As the new project is located near a park, he said residents will have a refreshing break from the usual concrete jungle of Makati.
On Saturdays, residents can also choose from a wide array of freshly-made, affordable food items at the famed Salcedo weekend market.
Residents can likewise spend quality time with their family and friends in one-of-a-kind restaurants and stores which can only be found within the village.
“Community life is at its best in Paseo Heights. The relaxing and village feel of its surroundings provide residents with a sense of familiarity and belongingness, amid the fast-paced bustle of the central business district,” Lozano said.
The 30-story Paseo Heights, which will occupy a 982-square meter area in Salcedo Village, is an all-glass building to give a modern touch to the tower.
The project offers studio units and two-bedroom units pre-furnished with split-type air-conditioning units, cook top and range hood, washing machine and dryer, microwave oven and a 12 cubic feet refrigerator.
A 30-sqm studio unit is priced between P3.5 to P4 million.
A 90-sqm two-bedroom unit meanwhile, costs between P7 to P10 million.
Paseo Heights will likewise feature state-of-the-art amenities and facilities such as a 15-meter pool, fitness gym, outdoor lounge on the wooden deck and function room for its residents’ recreational needs.
Given the project’s location which provides both the city’s pleasures and convenience, Paseo Heights provides more than just a home but a community as well.
Lozano said Megaworld is aiming to generate P1.8 billion worth of sales from this new condominium project.
“Our projected sales, once we sell the tower, is P1.8 billion,” he told reporters during the project’s launch last Wednesday.
He said the firm started selling some units in the fourth quarter last year. These units were sold to a select group of buyers composed of individuals who have invested in Megaworld projects in the past.
“We have sold 40 percent already. That is how good the project is,” he said.
He added that the firm expects to sell the remaining units by the third quarter of this year.
The 30-story building has a total 320 units.
“Target completion date (of the project) is April 2017,” Lozano said.
He also said the project is targeted for individuals in their early 30s or start-up families.
Earlier, the company said it plans to spend a record P35 billion for its projects this year. For more information contact us at +639173236123.
