Ring Rob Concierge: Bringing back the fun in city living

 (The Philippine Star)

MANILA, Philippines - Convenience is usually a forgotten feeling in the fast-paced, traffic-hindered and stressful lifestyle of city dwellers.
The capacity to delegate tasks, which allow urban residents to reward themselves and prioritize what matters most, is short in supply.
But property giant Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) thought of a premier personalized service and rewards system that will bring back the fun in city living.
Robinsons Residences, RLC’s condominium brand catering to urban professionals that thrive on the live-work-play lifestyle, launched recently the Ring Rob Concierge, an extensive online service request platform exclusive to its residents.
“It is really about convenience. It is bringing convenience right at your fingertips,” said Mybelle V. Aragon-Gobio, senior vice-president of Robinsons Residences and Luxuria.
Residents can contact the Ring Rob Business Center through ringrobconcierge.com or the Ring Rob app.
“Through Ring Rob, residents can arrange repairs and housekeeping services for their unit, or even have prescription medicines delivered right at their doorstep,” Robinsons Residences said.
Aragon-Gobio said Ring Rob will cater to thousands of unit owners of Robinsons Residences in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) in Taguig.
Last month, the company launched the online concierge service in the Trion Towers, with complete rollout to other projects in the area to be completed this month, she said.
To date, Robinsons Residences has four projects in the sprawling BGC: the Fifth Avenue Place, Trion Towers, Fort Residences and McKinley Park Residences.
Not to be left behind, Aragon-Gobio said Robinsons Residences projects in Quezon City and Ortigas Center in Pasig will also benefit from Ring Rob starting next month.
Robinsons Residences partnered with a dozen companies like property manager First Pacific Davis Global to field in online service requests and City Delivery for the food and medicine delivery service.
The food delivery service is available daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. while other Ring Rob functions are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Payments for the services are made convenient through cash or credit cards, allowing for online payments, Robinsons Residences said.
“Prioritize on the more important things in life like family bonding or spending much-needed downtime,” the real estate brand said.
Meanwhile, the property unit of tycoon John Gokongwei launched the RLC Lifestyle Card, a program that seeks to promote loyalty and enhance the experience among qualified RLC homeowners.
Owners of units worth P1 million to P5.09 million are given an RLC Gold Lifestyle Card while owners of units worth P5.1 million and up will receive an RLC Platinum Lifestyle Card.
“The RLC Gold Lifestyle Card provides benefits like dining perks, retail privileges and appliance discounts,” RLC said.
“It also offers benefits like referral incentives and a 50-percent discount on reservations on subsequent purchases of RLC units, houses and lots,” it added.
Holders of RLC Platinum Lifestyle Card, for their part, will get the same benefits as the RLC Gold Lifestyle Card owners plus more like a 30-percent discount on hotel rates and Movie World coupons.
So aside from strategic locations of its lifestyle residential condominium towers, RLC is taking a step further in ensuring convenience for its residents. For more information please call +639173236123.
