Sunday, 21 March 2010 17:51

Amemorable event took place on February 28 as a major mountainside township development opened its doors to the public.

Citystate Properties and Management Corp. (CPMC), led by its chairman Ambassador Antonio L. Cabangon Chua, welcomed its guests and buyers to Sandari Batulao, an 800-hectare mountainside residential township development.

Also present were Randy K. Libre, CPMC executive vice president and general manager; Benjamin V. Ramos, CPMC chief finance officer; and Dominga Rufina Cabangon Chua, treasurer, among others. Also present during the launch was Miguel Puyat, president of Batulao Bio-Loop Farms Inc. and Group Developers Inc., the joint-venture partner of Citystate Properties.

Msgr. Alfredo Madlangbayan of the St. Francis Xavier Parish of Nasugbu officiated the Sunday Mass. The blessing of the Sandari main entranceway followed right after the Mass and nature-centered activities were enjoyed by guests the whole afternoon.

Being true to its theme, guests and buyers were given the opportunity to experience the Sandari “Adventure of the Senses” with a scheduled trek along the banks of the Calamias River.

The adventurous ones opted to take pleasure in horseback-riding inside while relishing the breathtaking views of Mount Batulao and the Nasugbu and Balayan Bays in a leisurely manner.

To cap the event, a massage nook was provided to relax and energize tired bodies. The massage became doubly relaxing because the setting gave the guests an awesome vista of the entire development with Mount Batulao on the backdrop and the cool breeze kissing their cheeks.

Being Nasugbu’s Highlands, Sandari Batulao is set to change the landscape of the town of Nasugbu with its unique development concept and community features. Set at the foot of the famed Mount Batulao, Sandari is envisioned to be the first mountainside township development where guests experience a laid-back lifestyle amid the refreshing cool mountain atmosphere that Sandari offers.

Sandari’s 300- to 600-meter above-sea-level elevation offers temperatures ranging from 18 to 27 degrees Celsius, allowing residents and guests to relish the cool weather and scenic views of Mount Batulao in the southeast and Mount Talamitam on the west, the Nasugbu Bay and South China Sea, as well as lush landscapes of forests and rivers found within the community.

Located at Km 77, just 10 minutes from Metro Tagaytay, along the Nasugbu-Tagaytay Tourism National Highway, Sandari Batulao is just an hour-and-a-half drive from Makati via the South Luzon Expressway, through Santa Rosa.
