Developer begins condo project in BPO hub

A HIGH-END residential condominium will be built right in the heart of Cebu City’s booming Asiatown IT Park.

Asia Premier Residences, a 16-story building with 88 units, will be the first residential condominium inside the area.

During the groundbreaking ceremony yesterday, Jose Soberano III, president of Cebu Landmasters Inc., said the project aims to provide homeowners easy access to urban conveniences.

“This project that will be part of this great place is something that you, future homeowners, will be proud of. It will have the conveniences and the amenities you need,” he said.

He said IT Park was chosen because it already has all the services families or individuals may need.

“IT Park is already a built-in area. It already has banks, eateries, and if you want to do a little shopping, you can. You don’t have to go far because everything is just literally right in front of your doors,” he said.

Features

Homeowners will also be able to enjoy early jogs, walks, picnics and outdoor activities in the open spaces of the mixed-use park.

The condominium itself will feature four-level parking, a retail area, mail room, laundry room, drivers’ lounge, gym, swimming pool, deck, function room, roof deck/open deck and a drying area.

The ground floor will be allocated for restaurants and other commercial establishments.

A studio in the Asia Premier Residences will cost P2.5 to P3 million; a one-bedroom unit, P4.2 to P4.8 million; a two-bedroom unit, P7.5 to P8.5 million; and a three-bedroom unit, P9 to P10 million.

Aside from Asia Premier Residences, Cebu Landmasters has also developed residential subdivisions in Balamban and Minglanilla, and has a soon-to-be-completed subdivision in Toledo City.

Another residential subdivision is also underway in Talisay City, which is scheduled to be launched in March.
