MANILA, Philippines - Premiere property developer, DMCI Homes, has been known for many years for changing the landscape of residential development. Private companies have also been known to trust the DMCI Homes brand when it comes to developing privately-owned properties into new landmarks of residential excellence.

This reputation is carried over in the acquisition story for DMCI Homes’ newest residential project – Zinnia Towers.

What used to be a bare three-hectare property used for a fabric manufacturing business, this prime spot in the There will be generous space for festive gardens, multi-purpose function halls, a fitness gym, game area, sky lounge and other resort-like amenities such as swimming pools, sky park, and other leisure spots. Quezon City is now the new site for another DMCI Homes high-rise project.

“Our Quezon City projects like Accolade Place , The Manors, The Redwoods, Stellar Place and Magnolia Place have been getting a lot of good feedbacks. So when this prime area was offered to us, we definitely had instant plans for it and knew it will do well like our other DMCI Homes projects,” said Reynaldo Salazar, Senior Vice President for Business Development.

The site will take advantage of its strategic location being near the intersection of Munoz and EDSA, and very accessible to SM The Block and Trinoma, Zinnia Towers is sure to be a hit among young families and young professionals who look for the convenience of the city and the comforts of owning their own homes.

“The area is strategically located in key transportation hubs. Aside from buses and jeepneys plying EDSA which can take one from different locations in the Metro, it is also near the LRT1-Roosevelt Station which can easily take people either to downtown Manila or the business district of Makati.”

The Zinnia Towers project is designed to attract end-users and upgraders from Quezon City and the surrounding cities of Manila and Caloocan who are planning to upgrade their lifestyle to the current state of modern condo living.

When the property was acquired early this year, the developers believed that it will be a convenient place also for Filipino-Chinese entrepreneurs who have businesses in various parts of Manila .

“We want to offer them a place that’s not too crowded but still has the advantages of city living like access to main roads and various modes of transportation,” said Salazar.

The big plans for Zinnia Towers will be constructed on the spacious two-hectare land.

“We initially planned to construct three 40-storey towers. But Mr. Isidro Consunji said that we should construct only two towers, and use the remainder of the land as open area for various lifestyle amenities,” he said.
