MANILA, Philippines - Just recently, a newly formed real estate company, Zhong Fa Development, Inc., has officially launched its flagship residential project in Metro-Manila called OCEANAIRE, billed as ‘Manila’s Treasure By The Bay’, a four-tower structure with 17 stories per tower, where hotel suites, residences and commercial spaces are integrated into a luxurious place. A ceremonial ribbon-cutting took place last Nov. 25, 2011 at Oceanaire showroom located at the project site, Macapagal Ave., cor.
