Two-tone colors, simple lines and a unique massing give the building a classic look.” “Glass and concrete planes were used for the building façade with a superimposed outer shell of giant curvilinear edges—a contrast to its uniformly distributed horizontal lines,” Yu says. “This results in a sleek, sculptural finish that sets it apart from surrounding buildings.” Aside from a striking exterior, One Pacific Place also boasts of posh interiors and amenities. “A chic, cozy ambiance permeates inside the building,” says Yu. “Open spaces, wide windows and elevated gardens provide relaxation to occupants because, after a tiring day at work, nothing beats coming home to a visually and physically spacious abode.” Professionals who choose to unwind can also do so at the podium level of One Pacific Place. “The podium houses an interesting range of amenities which residents rarely find in other residential developments.
