UNLIKE traditional developers who offer house-and-lot packages in projects that are yet to be fully developed or partially developed, Pallas Homes has opted to take the “what-you-see- is-what-you-get” approach. It offers customers a totally brand-new and modern unit in a fully developed project where a community is established, thriving and amenities such as water systems, roads and parks are completed, fully operational and functioning well. As its launching pad, Pallas Homes has selected San Jose Village III, located between Biñan and Santa Rosa City, alongside Laguna Technopark and the burgeoning Santa Rosa, Tagaytay Road corridor, as its initial project. In this particular place, Pallas has accumulated over 100 house-and- lot units and is offering totally new Homes in sizes of 75 to 100 sq m on lots of 120 to 200 sq m. With its modern design and breezy interiors, Pallas Homes has named this type of design the Albright Line. In this way, a redevelopment is being undertaken in the community. In its initial preselling or “Open House” event held recently, the concept of “what-you-see-is-what-you-get” proved very attractive among visitors. Most were very comfortable about the character of the community (rustic, environment-friendly, peaceful) and its location, which is in the center of educational, commercial, health, transportation facilities, and the potential of the area known as Laguna’s growth center. Headed by Manuel Colayco, who spent years at Ayala Land Inc. and was instrumental in the development of Santa Rosa as president of Laguna Properties Holdings Inc. (now Avida), the company’s technical, administrative and marketing groups have a 30-year combined experience in the real-estate business. “All the claims of Pallas Homes offered to customers can readily be checked out and validated. No guesswork, no misunderstanding, no misconceptions between Pallas Homes and its customers. Hence, what the customer sees about the village, its development, its character is exactly what he will get,” Colayco emphasizes. |
