First-rate leisure facilities rising soon at Sandari Batulao

LOT owners of Nalé, the first residential community of the 800-hectare mountainside township Sandari Batulao, can now look forward to the exclusive use of first-class leisure and recreational facilities right in the comfort of their neighborhood as construction of the Nalé clubhouse commences within the first quarter of the coming year.

As the community’s main convergence point, the Nalé clubhouse will feature a whole range of amenities designed to encourage total wellness of the mind, body and soul. It will be divided into three distinct sections: the main clubhouse, pool pavilion and spa pavilion, showcasing a wide array of activities for fitness, relaxation, entertainment and recreation.

The first phase of construction will center on the pool pavilion, which will feature a four-foot-deep, 10x25-meter infinity pool facing Mount Batulao, offering residents a spectacular view of the majestic green slopes of the mountain while they take a dip to relax and unwind. An adjacent kiddie pool will provide an area for young ones to play and enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle, while sunbeds at the adult pool will allow guests to leisurely work up a tan as they submerge in the cool waters. To be constructed simultaneously are the lobby lounge, administration office and shower rooms.

Other amenities of the clubhouse that will be built by 2012 include a multipurpose hall, library, game room and spa pavilion, complete with huts and cottages to offer residents a place for natural and holistic relaxation.

Even as the end of 2011 draws near, progress on community infrastructure such as road networks and the recently installed solar-powered street lights remains in full swing inside the 41-hectare project. Model house construction will commence by the end of the year to give lot owners and prospective buyers a glimpse of how their future homes at Nalé may look like. In addition, a commercial strip housing a variety of dining and retail establishments will soon rise to cater to the residents of Nalé as well as the bevy of tourists passing by the Tagaytay-Nasugbu Tourism Highway. These developments at Sandari Batulao will usher in a new kind of dynamism to the highlands of Nasugbu, rightfully presenting it as the new premier address and leisure destination of Batangas.

Sandari Batulao, developed and managed by fast-rising real-estate company Citystate Properties & Management Corp., is an hour-and-a-half drive from Makati via the South Luzon Expressway through Santa Rosa and is a short 10-minute travel from Metro Tagaytay.
