Multi-use Azalea rises in Baguio

AZALEA Residences Baguio, the first hotel vacation residence in the summer capital, is all set to welcome holiday-goers of all kinds looking for that perfect vacation.

The property, which is made up of 99 suite rooms, is a multi-use holiday hotel that offers a wide range of possibilities for leisure and business travelers, honeymooners, families and local travelers, who enjoy touring in groups and prefer to stay together in a single accommodation.

For starters, a peek inside the property, the only one of its kind in Baguio, reveals 46 deluxe suites, 17 one-bedroom suites, 33 two-bedroom suites, and 3 three-bedroom suites. Whether the occupants are just a couple or a big barkada, they get to stay in a room that has the full services and amenities of a serviced apartment, with complete living, dining and kitchen facilities in all its rooms, not to mention top-quality hotel service. The three-bedroom suites are perfect for big families. Each is about 75 sq m and resembles an actual house.

Azalea Resorts & Residences chief operating officer Dulah Lipardo stated, “Azalea Resorts & Residences is the hotel that would offer the brand of convenience and amenities of top international hotels yet maintaining the natural texture and traditional character of the Philippines at a very affordable price.”

She shared that for honeymooners, in particular, the studio unit is ideal. “It gives them privacy, is not cramped and has enough space for them to enjoy the place.”

Lipardo said the uniqueness of Azalea Residences Baguio rests in its amenities and services. She cited one: “We are the first hotel to have a drivers’ lounge. We know how tired drivers can get, they need to relax, too. We have beds and phones in the lounge so drivers need not sleep in the car. At least they are comfortable and ready for the next driving assignment.”

Should guests, such as couples, wish to have cooked food, they can ask the hotel’s personal chef or order room service from the in-house restaurant Tradisyon, which offers traditional local dishes. Of course, they can also dine at Tradisyon or the café lounge called 8 Degrees. For groups, the rooms’ kitchen gadgets—pots, pans, five- or seven-cubic inch refrigerators, microwave oven and stove, among others—should do the trick.

The services offered at Azalea Residences Baguio extend to its very own Travel Concierge, who is available to plan the perfect Baguio holiday.

Every room boasts of a living area with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV with cable connection; toilet and bath with hot and cold water (most two-bedroom units have bath tubs), and personal care amenities; dining table and chairs and crockery; kitchen appliances and utensils; coffee and tea-making facilities; queen-sized beds with imported bed linens; balcony in choice rooms, among others.

The property also features a lobby lounge, playground, NDD-DDD-IDD, 24-hour doctor on call, tour arrangement and vacation services, laundry and dry cleaning management, spa and massage services, handicap accessibility and transportation arrangement to and from Manila.

Lipardo declared, “You come to Baguio to relax and unwind. Azalea Residences Baguio helps you achieve that objective with its complete amenities.”

“Even those who have to squeeze in some time for work have nothing to worry about,” she said. “We have the business center and the Wi-Fi connection, which is free.”

Azalea Residences Baguio is located at Leonard Wood Loop, Barangay M. Roxas, Baguio City, which is five minutes away from Session Road and is conveniently near the city’s most landmarks.

Azalea Resorts & Residences is affiliated with RCI (Resort Condominium International), the worldwide leader in vacation exchange and the world’s largest full-service vacation rentals business, providing access to more than 85,000 vacation properties in approximately 100 countries.
