Primary Homes project in Argao offers weekend getaway living

Sunday, November 25, 2012
PRIMARY Homes Inc. (PHI) launched its first resort-inspired vacation home project in Argao, Cebu early this month.
Argao Royal Palms, PHI’s newest real estate project, boasts of world-class resort amenities “that is sure to give every busy Cebuano the ultimate relaxation he needs,” the company said in a press statement.
The project “is the answer to Cebu’s longing for a weekend get-away,” the company said. It is inspired by favorite summer destinations like Tagaytay and Subic, where people in the capital usually stay to unwind.
“The Argao property is expected to become a retreat, where everyone can come home to on weekends and enjoy life. It is a great place to make a home away from home” said PHI president Steve Liu.
Just a two-hour drive south of Cebu City, Argao Royal Palms “promises to captivate and caress even the most hard-working executive.”

The project offers an “infinity pool for those who want to take a casual dip, to its gym for the health buffs, and ultimately its club house for the warmest of family gatherings.”
“Argao Royal Palms is definitely going to give you a relaxing stay away from the stress of metropolitan life”, Liu said.
“The seaside location will provide the Cebuanos a perfect place to take a break from it all. It also allows them to immerse in the beautiful culture and heritage that Argao and southern Cebu have to offer,” Liu said
Argao is known for its tablea and torta.
The proximity of the town to Carcar City, also gives the weekenders a chance to indulge in the famous chicharon and ampaw while enjoying a visit to Carcar’s famous century-old houses.
Argao is also located near Sibonga, where Agustinians built the church of Nuestra Senora del Pilar de Zaragoza.
The neo-gothic church is famous for its ceiling because of the artworks done in 1924 by Raymundo Francia, a famous Cebuano painter. For more info, contact us at +63917.3236123. (PR)
