CEBU, Philippines - AppleOne Properties Inc. (API) recognizes its top brokers for the successful sales growth of its AppleOne Tower. In its flagship project AppleOne Tower, API reports a 100 percent sale in its residential units and a growing occupancy for its office floors.

The 16-story high AppleOne Tower is the flagship project of AppleOne Properties Inc. (API), a homegrown company in Cebu with close to 20 years of experience in real estate development.
