In 1995, Crown Asia was formed with La Marea in San Pedro, Laguna, as its first project. In the following year, it embarked on Granwood Villas at Quezon City; Cottonwoods at Antipolo City; La Mediterranea at Dasmariñas, Cavite; Maia Alta at Antipolo City; Provence at Malolos, Bulacan; Venezia at Las Piñas; Pasadena at Cebu; Savannah Crest at Iloilo; and Solariega at Davao.
Three more projects were launched in 1997: Citta Italia at Bacoor, Cavite; La Brea at Quezon City; and Residenza at Bacoor, Cavite. These were followed by Augustine Grove at Dasmariñas, Cavite, in 2001; and Fortezza at Cabuyao; Laguna; Mia Vita at Antipolo City; Vita Toscana at Bacoor, Cavite; Beacon Place at Moonwalk, Las Piñas City; and Vivace at Imus, Cavite, from 2003 to 2004. 2005 saw the creation of Amalfi at Dasmariñas, Cavite; Amici at Daang Hari, Alabang; Woodberry at Antipolo City; and Valenza at Sta. Rosa, Laguna. In 2006, Beacon Place, Naga Road at Las Piñas City; Vittoria at Bacoor, Cavite; Ponticelli at Daang Hari, Alabang; and Mille Luce at Antipolo City. In 2008, Carmel at Bacoor, Cavite; and Marina Heights at Sucat, Parañaque, were launched.
The company exceeded industry expectations and its achievements have earned it the 2004 Yearend Excellence Award for Top Real Estate Company of the Year, the 2005 Philippine Marketing Excellence Award for Most Outstanding Residential Real Estate Company and the 2006 Gold Trusted Brand Award for Property Developer of the Philippines .
