Citystate Properties breaks ground for the first Nalé House

Fast-rising real-estate company Citystate Properties and Management Corp. (CPMC) held a groundbreaking ceremony on December 17, 2011, for the first house that will be constructed at Nalé, the initial project offering of the 800-hectare luxury mountainside community Sandari Batulao.

Owned by CPMC president Dominga Rufina Cabangon Chua and to be designed by Architect Ian Gonzalez of J.B. Gonzalez Construction Inc., the first house at Nalé will be located high up in the Bamboo Garden Enclave, one of the three scenic garden communities of Nalé, that showcases a clear view of the spectacular, green slopes of Mount Batulao.

The groundbreaking coincided with the Yuletide Open House for Nalé where guests took advantage of the special discounts given to visiting clients while savoring the property’s cool weather and majestic sights. Aside from the unique, natural attributes of Sandari Batulao, the open house also highlighted new project developments such as the clubhouse, whose pool pavilion commences construction in the first quarter of 2012, and the improved Calamias River trail, perfect for residents who prefer a more leisurely pace when exploring its scenic riverbank.

One such client who was so impressed with the project was Mediatrix Oribio, a balikbayan who just happened to pass by the area on her way to Nasugbu. Seeing an available lot perfectly overlooking Mount Batulao, Oribio immediately made reservations even if it was just her first time to visit the property. She added that the property’s cool temperature and fresh air were the main reasons why she immediately fell in love with Sandari Batulao as she got used to the cool climate of Canada, having worked there as a nurse for 37 years. Although she already owns a property at a coastal development in Nasugbu, Oribio is planning to sell that property now that she can spend her vacations, and eventual retirement, at the more accessible and much cooler mountainside haven of Sandari Batulao.

Later that evening, an ’80s-themed Christmas party was held for Sandari Batulao sellers who came full force in their colorful outfits, all raring to perform their specially prepared production numbers. The Christmas party capped off a very significant year for members of the Sandari Batulao sales force who were all treated to good music and live entertainment, fun games and exciting prizes, making the event a truly merry occasion for everyone in attendance.

Sandari Batulao is an hour-and-a-half drive from Makati via the South Luzon Expressway through Santa Rosa and is a short 10-minute travel from Metro Tagaytay. For inquiries on Sandari Batulao, call +63917.3236123 | +63922.8236123.
