As its second project since its inception two years ago, MLHDC's Pearl Valley gives Cebuanos a chance to have a house of their own just at the outskirts of the metro.

Launched late last year, Pearl Valley will soon be situated at Liloan, Cebu, where residents can enjoy time with family and friends in a peaceful neighborhood.

The company’s first project is the LOT8 Condominium located in Mabolo, Cebu City.

Just a few meters from the Northern Highway, accessibility was one immediate consideration developers had to look into for the residents’ convenience.

Dubbed by MLHDC as a “small community within a community,” Pearl Valley was designed with a genuine homey and tranquil atmosphere with an “Asian Contemporary” theme.

Every unit will have its own touch of elegance from inside-out, further uniting land homeowners the pleasure of a prime community.

“This is a project that would unite homeowners as one,” said MLHDC Vice-President for Finance, Jocelyn Dy.

With 53 limited units being offered, MLHDC features luxury within and outside the property, with a landscaped lawn, and 24/7 security for the family.

Soon to be exclusive to a few, the developers vied for a community that can simply distinguish itself from the vast market, said Dy.

Resting on an assurance of “quality for your money,” Pearl Valley will have concrete roads. It will also have a comprehensive drainage system and an independent water supply.

Interested buyers can choose from the minimum floor area of 65 square meters or a spacious 100 square meters for as low as P2.5 million.

For more details, interested parties can visit MLHDC at their office during office hours at Kimwa Compound, SO Albano Street, Subangdako, Cebu City or through phone number +639173236123. (FREEMAN)
