This is the second year that MCCI and CBC organized the same event, putting together the Feng Shui and economic experts, to guide the businessmen how to start the year right in their different businesses.

The event, which is set on January 24, 2012 at 1:00pm to 5:00pm at the Casino Español de Cebu, Salon de Espania function room, expects to draw businessmen not only the members of the two chambers, but also those from across industries.

Fajardo is set to discuss about the real cause of the slowdown of the economy in 2011 and where the economy is heading this year. Fajardo will also discuss about what PNoy's government will probably do to propel the economy to higher growth path. Knowing the answers to these questions might just be what the business community needs to come out with the right strategy to excel and not just to survive in their respective industries in this highly uncertain and volatile business environment.

Allen, who is also the president and chief executive officer of World of Feng Shui (WOFS), will bring her expertise on the use of Feng Shui in business to the participants. Allen’s WOFS is the merchandizing arm of her geomancy practice.

Her mastery of the art of Feng Shui came after years of training and mentorship from various masters in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong and China.

Known for her extraordinary expertise in this field, having been providing consultancy services to top executives and prominent personalities in the Philippines and abroad, Allen will emphasize on the role of Feng Shui in the economy and business, and discuss on the general outlook for the year of the water dragon—in line with business, wealth, relationship, health, career, education, stock market, remedies, cures and enhancers for the year.

According to Allen, Feng Shui, is totally not a myth, but is totally based on scientific method.

Views and Prospects 2012 is chaired by Ms. Carmel de Pio-Salvador.

Feng Shui is a system of designing buildings and space arrangement according to special rules about the flow of energy, aimed at achieving harmony with the environment; In Chinese mythology, a system of spiritual energies, both good and evil, present in the natural features of landscapes.

It is based on an ancient art and science developed over 3,000 years ago in China. It is a complex body of knowledge that reveals how to balance the energies of any given space to assure the health and good fortune for people inhabiting it. — (FREEMAN)
