MANILA, Philippines - Landco Pacific recently launched The Gardens at Waterwood Park, the very first upscale house and lot enclave in Baliuag, Bulacan. It is the first among a series of high-end house and lot enclaves in this residential subdivision. The development is a welcome option for Bulakeños who prefer an exclusive, nature-themed, professionally-managed neighborhood with state-of-the-art amenities.

The Gardens at Waterwood Park is inspired by the growing number of young families who wish to live amid the serene and natural greenery of the bustling Central Luzon province. The newest development removes the hassles of property buying by introducing built-up home investments. Instead of planning and building a structure from the ground-up, the units are readily available for moving in.

The launch of The Gardens at Waterwood Park featured the unveiling of the Savannah model home. Its contemporary American inspired architecture is highlighted by the stylish interiors executed by designers Ivy and Cynthia Almario.

Shutters and dormers, pitched roofs, pastel-colored exteriors-- every detail spells homey luxury for residents who seek the finer things in life without leaving Bulacan’s natural surroundings.

TThe ribbon-cutting ceremony was led by Landco Pacific president and chief executive officer Alfred S. Xerez-Burgos III and interior designer Ivy Almario

The Savannah three-bedroom units have a master’s bedroom with its own walk-in closet, and bathroom. It also has a maid’s room, an entertainment room, living area, dining area, balcony, lanai and a carport.

Waterwood Park is Landco’s way of bringing the upscale resort living in Bulacan. “When Waterwood Park was introduced to Baliuag in 1995, the objective was to bring the Manila-standard type of development in the provinces. It was designed to have generous open space and first-class amenities, in line with Landco’s brand promise of Leisure Living,” explained Landco Pacific president and chief executive officer Alfred S. Xerez-Burgos III.
