“Interest in The Grand Towers is very high. This is likely because The Grand Towers is a wise investment in terms of its location, superior amenities as well as the track record of Moldex Realty of delivering its property developments on schedule,” Diaz explained.

Diaz said Moldex Realty will be sharing more construction milestones to existing and potential investors of The Grand Towers during its Investors’ Day on March 21 at the 1322 Golden Empire Tower at Roxas Boulevard.

Located in Vito Cruz, Manila, the Grand Towers is centrally placed—a few minutes from the Makati Central Business District and an easy drive from domestic and international airports via Roxas Boulevard.

The Grand Towers is also a stone’s throw away from a number of the country’s premier academic institutions like the De La Salle University, the College of St. Benilde and St. Scholastica’s College.
