Low cost, accessibility still a plus in Phinma’s latest site

PHINMA Property Holdings Corp. (Phinma Properties) seeks to maintain and continue its success in the affordable housing market by unveiling the Flora Vista project in Quezon City.

“Inspired by its vision of City Living Made Easy, Phinma Properties is launching Flora Vista as part of our commitment to continuously provide the affordable housing market an opportunity to own homes in the city,” said Willie Uy, President and Chief Executive Officer of Phinma Properties.

Prior to Flora Vista, Phinma Properties completed several affordable housing projects, such as the Spazio Bernardo, San Bennisa Garden Villas and Fountain Breeze.

By developing Flora Vista, Uy said Phinma Properties looks forward to another opportunity to serve the midmarket segment, which will also enable them to live in one of the most beautiful areas in Quezon City. “We know the affordable market is a serious buyer or investor, and that is the reason we continue to develop housing units for such group,” said Uy.

Situated on Peacock Street, a stone’s throw away from the bustling Commonwealth Avenue, Flora Vista is strategically located near transportation, education and commercial hubs. Being located near the business centers TriNoma, the Techno Hub and SM North Edsa, Flora Vista gives a buyer accessibility and the advantage of quick and easy travel to places to shop, work and relax.

It is seen as a good investment for people who want to locate in a relaxed atmosphere within the confines of the bustling metropolis. For parents who want to send their children to schools near these areas, investing in Flora Vista will be a good move, said Uy.

Apart from accessibility, the development will also provide amenities that allow residents to work and play hard. For those who want to put up their own business, some ground-floor units are available for commercial purposes. There is also a clubhouse, gymnasium, playground, a multipurpose function hall and a basketball court to be built on top of a future parking building.

The development promises to be an oasis of green living at the heart of the city. “Flora Vista’s greenery will give the residents the opportunity to refresh their minds and body after their daily grind,” said Uy.

Grant Orbeta, vice president for marketing, sales and design, said the Flora Vista concept is based on southern-style architecture, with its appealing colors evoking the charm of a southern plantation house.

Stressing its value-for-money strategy, Flora Vista units will be sold starting at P850,000, considered by the company as good deal because of its prime location.

The 1.8-hectare development will have a total of nine walk-up buildings. All the nine buildings will be five-story structures with units having a standard size of 30 square meters, which can be extended to 60 and 90 sq-m depending on the buyer’s budget and lifestyle.
