CROWN Asia, a subsidiary of Vista Land and Lifescapes Inc., is set to launch its first condominium in Cebu City.
The Crown Residences project will feature five floors with an exclusive number of units to stress its breezy condo-living theme, a press statement said.

“The idea is to offer to Cebu a condominium that is not constricting,” said general manager Jasmin Alviola of Camella Communities Cebu, which represents Crown Asia
locally.
“With its limited number of floors and units, Crown Residences will highlight what Cebu truly is: cosmopolitan yet relaxing, a bustling city yet with a pleasant laid-back feel.”
Crown Residences will be a Spanish-Italian inspired project located in Guadalupe, Cebu City. It is a master-planned condominium complex “specifically created for families wishing to find a relaxing home in the midst of the urban zone.”
The project will offer three-bedroom units with a city view, two-bedroom units with a view of the mountains and studio models. The total areas range from 21 to 51 square
meters and will be priced at a range of P1.7 to P4 million per unit.
“Each unit will enjoy a refreshing garden feel, infusing the benefits of a villa into a condominium with facilities like an ultra-modern clubhouse, with its fully equipped function rooms, convenience store, laundry station, drinking water station, a fitness gym, and Wifi Internet access,” the company’s statement said.
