Model house, lot open to buyers

Model house, lot open to buyers

Those looking for a house in the southern part of Cebu, can now take a look at the model houses of Residences of Coral Bay subdivision located in Tungkop, Minglanilla, Cebu.

Two model houses—the Santona and Monza designs—have been constructed for prospective buyers on the 1.5-hectare development, the maiden project of Paramount Property Ventures Inc. (PPVI).

Sienna is a one-story single attached unit with two bedrooms, one bathroom and car garage. Monza, which has the largest area, on the other hand, is a two-story single detached unit with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a balcony and a car garage.

Another model

PPVI vice president for sales and marketing Amabelle Cañedo told Sun.Star Cebu on the sidelines of the subdivision’s open house activity last Sunday that the company will soon build a model house for the third design, the Santona, a two-story town-house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and car garage.

PPVI has also increased the prices of the units, which range between P1.6 million and P3 million, beginning last Monday.
Cañedo said the company has already sold more than 20 house and lot units out of the 74 units. Despite the country’s economic crisis, PPVI aims to sell completely in four months.

Bullish

“We are guided by our target, not by sentiments on the economy. We are very bullish on this because this is a middle-end subdivision with high-end design and quality. We see the subdivision as a haven for retirees, foreigners, businessmen, overseas Filipino workers and a new family,” she said.

The subdivision also has recreational and lifestyle amenities, such as a multi-purpose cabana, a pool, children’s playground and beachfront.

Cañedo said PPVI offers in-house financing for its buyers. The firm is also recommending Metrobank and PS Bank, and is now in the process of tapping the Pag-ibig Fund. For More info call (+6332) 3181589 | +639173236123. (JBN)
