I have been a broker for four years now dealing almost all kinds of real estate projects. I linked with Philippine Paramount Property Ventures (PPVI) two years ago upon the invitation of the company. I am brokering the Mazari Cove and Fonte di Versailles and so far, I have not had encountered any difficulty in presenting to prospective buyers these lifestyle communities primarily because of their market niche.

The fact that PPVI is Cebu-based is another factor that somehow made my job easy, and the other brokers as well. This is because “who is the developer?” is always the primary concern of prospective buyers. The prize and the location are just second issues. PPVI, being home-grown and a Cebuano company at that, almost always make our buyers confident that their investments are well taken-cared of.
