Mid-scale housing project in south Cebu up for sale

A new middle-end subdivision located in Tungkop, Minglanilla, Cebu is now open to interested buyers.

Paramount Property Ventures Inc. (PPVI), the developer of the 1.5-hectare Residences of Coral Bay subdivision, is now selling the first tranche — which has 35 house-and-lot units — of its maiden development, PPVI vice president for sales and marketing Amabelle Cañedo said.

Canedo said PPVI has already sold out 16 house-and-lot units in the first phase of the development.

Mid-range cost

“One thing nice about this subdivision is that it has a high-end concept at middle-range cost. We also have a model house unit for each of our target market. We see the subdivision as a haven for retirees, foreigners, businessmen, overseas Filipino workers and a new family,” Cañedo said.

Despite the economic crisis, she said the PPVI aims to completely sell all the 74 units in four months.

“We are guided by our target not by sentiment on the economy,” Cañedo said.

Designs

Coral Bay has three house designs. These are the Sienna, Santona and Monza, whose prices range between P1.6 million and P3 million.

Sienna is a one-story single attached unit with two bedrooms, one bathroom and car garage. Santona, on the other hand, is a two-story townhouse with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and car garage.

Monza, which has the largest area, is a two-story single detached unit that has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a balcony and a car garage.

The subdivision also has recreational and life-style amenities, such as a multi-purpose cabana, a pool, children’s playground and a relaxing beachfront landscape.

PPVI said it has in-house financing scheme for its buyers.
